Amanda began practicing yoga in 2004 and has been teaching since December, 2010. Her teaching style incorporates the therapeutic benefits of Vinyasa flow; to reduce backache and fall asleep easier, calm the brain and rejuvenating tired legs/arms, provide tonics for the spine and abdominal organs and Induce a meditative state of awareness.
